Christians in Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has been urged to imbibe the tenets of the Easter Celebration – sacrifice, love and forgiveness and make the teachings their everyday practice.
Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo – Alogba, the Executive Chairman, Ijede LCD gave the charge while congratulating Christians on the occasion of Easter Celebration.
”As we celebrate the joy and triumph of Easter, I extend my warmest greetings to our Christian brothers and sisters in Ijede LCDA and beyond.
”Easter reminds us of the virtues of sacrifice, love, and tolerance exemplified by Jesus Christ. As a people, let us imbibe these noble values in our daily interactions and make a promise of new beginnings.
Hon. Gbadebo – Alogba also exhorted all residents of Ijede LCDA to ensure peace and show kindness to one another.
